PRAXIS

Learning Praxis is guided by a Black feminist, data-informed, and people-centered approach. We center the marginalized voices to advance equity, recognizing that those most affected by systemic barriers hold key wisdom for transformative change. Our data-informed approach combines surveys and conversations with embodied knowledge—cultural norms, non-verbal communication, and emotional intelligence—to identify the unique challenges within your organization. Through storytelling and experiential learning, we facilitate hands-on activities, simulations, and reflective exercises to create safe and brave spaces that foster critical thinking, prioritize team buy-in and collaboration, and activate new possibilities. This approach enables us to deliver strategies that are not only engaging but also responsive and sustainable.
